about us

I am Jennie, a mother of 2 and have lived in Argentina for 2 years with my husband when he was posted there for work. When we had our first baby there we were spoilt for choice with so many well made, well designed and colorful kids’ furniture and accessories to choose from.

However, when we returned to Singapore and were hunting for children furniture and accessories for our second child, we were disappointed to find that the furniture range dedicated to creating a cheerful, colorful and cozy environment for children was very limited.

This together with my husband’s enthusiastic support prompted me to start a business with my sister-in-law to sell well designed, colorful, cheerful yet functional furniture and accessories for babies and young children.

We want to offer proud parents who are conscious of home décor and comfort a range of delightful and well painted furniture to add colors and cheer to their kids’ living and playing space. 

Since this business idea was dreamed up when we were looking for furniture and accessories for our children, we felt that it would be appropriate to brand the store with our two children’s names: “mishka” our daughter and ”maven” our son.

In our store we work towards building up a full range of furniture for babies and young children. We now offer charming furniture, cheerful room accessories and colorful sofas.

We want to be a store for everyone, whether you are a parent, a family member or a friend, or a colleague, as long as you are looking to give children a happy and colorful living and playing space, we want to be on your wish list!  And if you are an expectant mother, you can set up a baby arrival gift wishlist so your baby receives exactly what you want your baby to have!
